How to be a leader

Many people in very high positions find it difficult to prove their views and opinions with their employees because they are not leaders but only directors;
To be a leader isn't a fonction but a state of mind. You have to lead people in order to follow you with the conviction that is the best way.
Someone will lie to you if he said that there is a precise recipe no there are some tips :

- The most important, if you decide to be a leader, you will be in other words leardership is a global state not a perequisite for some fields;
- Then the first thing is to assess yourself everyone inside has an enormous potential with high capacities but they may need some sharpness;
- To be a leader you need to communicate, to try to understand people before you are understood, contribute to the happiness of people. You will have many allies who can help you a lot in your travel to be a very good leader.
- Other important point you have to compliment people seriously, don't criticize; negative things have to be a treated wisely, recognize that people can be in bad mood and give always chances;
-Don't forget to fix your objectives in accordance your values and act according to them, instead you will suffer.For instance if love is one of your important values it means that you have to forgive mistakes unless you have tried all things with no result.
- Finally don't forget a leader is a winner and among the qualities of winners we find passion, desire and overcoming stress.
