MANAGER OR LEADER

An ambiguity to clarify :

Manager and leader

At first, let's note that a leader can be a manager or not. In the other hand, not every manager is a leader.
So let's examin definitions :
-A manager is someone who supervises, controls one activity, managers say that their work is to dominate theirs subordinates, their activity.
But be aware a minut, do you think that you can control a human behaviour, you are wrong, humans can be leaded and not controlled.
For instance, you have a collaborator, you say he respects all what I demand, you have to search why because when he respects all what you say without giving his point of view, there is something wrong anywhere. He can lead you in order to be mistaken.
On the other hand a leader is someone who highlights his vision and try to make all the people adhere to it. When it's done, he doesn't need neither to give orders nor to control.
We can summarize this by the principles that were precised in the book of Ken Blanchard and Mark Miller about the leadership :
- At first a leader is someone who presents a vision about the future of an activity, a career of a person, a development of a company;
- Then a leader is someone who implicates others, lets them prove their value what can they share, what are their contribution and what important is their contribution;
- Third point, a leader is someone who doesn't stop thinking how to improve, how to share with others, how to make others happy;
- Don't forget with emphasize that a leader is someone who grants the results and the relations, when someone is giving a good work , he strenghtens the relation with him by being interested at his well being trying to help him to solve his problems to share with him his joys and sadnesses and at the contrary when someone is doing bad, try to attack the reasons, perhaps he has a problem, what is sure is that he needs help.
-Besides be aware that you have a must, a leader is someone who reflects on him the values he encourages others to follow, don't speak about objectives and you don't fix yours, it's a shame.
-Finally, a leader is someone who reinvents without stopping, his leitmotiv is action, actions to improve, actions to share...

Stop timidity

Timid people : Please Examin these points

First, you aren't born timid, you have created and emphasized the fact that you are timid. How is this?
Your family perhaps has underestimated you during a period, you lack of confidence, perhaps your teachers have said remarks that blessed you and the timidity is created. Of course, you have emphasized your timidity I'am not able to defend my ideas without trying, for you it's certain. I accept the ideas of the others and try to please them, they are better than.

Second, you have to suffer of being timid, you lack of opportunities, you don't meet suitable people, you have to say I am fed up I want to change with extreme desire.
One time the desire is here, close your eyes, breath calmly and watch the way you want a challenge to be done. It might be a presentation, nice words to your love, any way it doesn't matter. The important one time you say ok it's the way I want it to be done, take actions with passion and do it. You will succeed it no doubt.
The important is you have to face many experiences you are afraid of, one time you feel afraid, it's the experience you have to confront but please do it gradually.
Don't speak in front of 100 people the first time, all your small improvements won't serve at all.
Finally timid people, you are strong enough and you have all the potential to withdraw from your mind this label for ever.

Mes amis les bacheliers

Mes amis les bacheliers

L'examen approche, je vous souhaite réussite et succés. Mais une question se pose : Quel est votre projet d'avenir? Etes-vous dans l'attente des notes pour vous fixer ce que vous allez faire ou avez-vous déjà votre objectif en tête et vous travaillez pour.
S'il vous plait hormis toutes les contraintes qui existent, croyez en votre avenir, en vos passions et décidez maintenant ce que vous voulez être.
L'histoire que tout le monde fait des écoles de gestion car cela va vous permettre de trouver un job facilement, attention je ne dénigre pas les écoles de gestion, je suis d'une école de gestion et j'en suis fière.
Mais au fil de l'expérience, nous entendons souvent j'ai raté ma passion, j'aurai voulu être cuisinier, nous avons besoin de trés bons chefs cuisiniers et patissiers, combien d'exemples avons nous de gens qui se sont reconvertis aprés avoir eu leur diplôme de pharmacien, médecin, comptable...
Sur ce point, trés chers parents vous avez une part de responsabilité, n'essayez pas de calquer vos rêves volés su vos enfants, vous allez poser votre enfant dans l'embarras, il aura deux alternanives, vous satisfaire et annihiler ses rêves ou choisir de vous contredire ce qui peut vous amener à être trés en colère de lui.
Chers étudiants, aidez vous de vos proches, vos parents, vos professeurs pour savoir quelles sont vos opportunités mais s'il vous plait cette réponse vous incombe à vous seul.
Une fois cet objectif défini, travaillez pour, et fixez vos priorotés en fonction de cela, vous voulez être architecteur d'intérieur, favorisez les matières créatives, le dessin par exemple, vous voulez être médecin concentrez-vous sur les sciences et la psychologie des malades.
Bon courage, vous détenez toutes les capacités en vous de réaliser vos rêves, votre potentiel est illimité.

Thanking

Thank you is a simple word but let's be sincere isn't easy. Sometimes you think thay you will decrease your value, sometimes you say they will think that I am weak.
Please all these justifications are false, Keep in your mind that sincere thanking is the best donation you give to someone, you will increase his self confidence.
So when someone of your acquaintances make you happy and do his best to satisfy you, please say thank you, you will make them happy and very proud of themself.
And as a result you will be proud of yourself.
You mustn't say it's normal that they react like this, I don't need to thank him or her. Keep in mind that everyone need to be recognized, your father, your sister, your husband, your wife, your friend.
And it's extended to the world of the work. Everyone gives you something need to be thanked in spontaneous and sincere way.
Let's take some examples : your husband gives you affection, please say that he counts for you that you adore him, that he is the best person you choose to share your life.
If your parents do their possible to satisfy you, please thank them they need your support, your thanking.
As a conclusion thanking give the power to improve the life of your environment.
Let's people be proud of themselves, make them happy you will gain a lot.

la famille

Le mot famille qu'est-ce qu'il évoque pour vous?

Sentez-vous des émotions fortes au sein de votre famille? S'il vous plaît arrêtez-vous quelques minutes et prenez la peine de répondre.

Assurez-vous moi aussi je ne donnais pas de l'importance à la famille, mais il a fallu des expériences trés douloureuses pour sentir l'impact.
Avez-vous été malade sans qu'un proche ne soit prés de vous.Avez-vous apprécié un ftour tout seul.
Avez-vous senti les émotions avec vos grands parents quand ils partagent avec vous les secrets de l'école de vie.
La famille est source d'amour, d'affection et de partage. Véhiculez ces valeurs à vos enfants.
Soyez des exemples de comportement pour qu'ils soient imprégnés de ces valeurs.
Prenez-soin des personnes âgées de votre famille, vous apprendrez énormément et vous aurez une estime de soi non mesurable.
Faîtes des repas de famille, imprégnez les enfants dés leur plus jeune âge.

La famille est un trésor inestimable.Investissez votre âme dans la préservation de ce trésor.
