In life there are priorities which oblige you to select activies to select members of your network, but be sure that when we say no in inappropriate way, your interlocutor feels that he is not wanted and it is an attack and therefore you fail in your relations.

So please my message is to focus on your wants and needs but always when you say to understand the point of view of the other and try to satisfy it.
